This week's weight: 210
Notes: Well, I'd been maintaining 211 for a while. I finally dropped one pound after making more of an effort to cut down on sweets and junk. From time to time I get in a funk that I can't get out of, but so far this week hasn't been bad. I'm working on getting more exercise too. So far it's just from chasing kids around, but hey, it's something!
