Gained 3 pounds - Ack!

Last week's weight: 212
This week's weight: 215

Notes: Okay, I've been falling back into my eat almost anything routine.   I'm also not journaling my food intake, which has made a difference.   This next week I'm going to try to walk everyday (I haven't been since last week), and keep up the food journal.   I did pull my back this afternoon, so I REALLY need to lose weight to help keep my back healthy.   Keeping up my back exercises will help immensely as well.
